On February 2-4, 2024, Koalisi Ekonomi Membumi together with SMESCO and other partners organized the Festival Tumpek Wariga 2024 in Bali, in conjunction with Tumpek Wariga Day which falls on February 3rd.

The Festival Tumpek Wariga 2024 serves as a moment to unite three significant life pillars: Tumpek Wariga as a spiritual symbol, the advancement of science and technology, and humans as economic beings through sustainable business practices as a gratitude for nature’s abundance.

The festival served as a learning platform for the restorative economy, showcasing collaboration practices in Bali’s agroforestry supply chain through case studies and Value Chain Collaboration Canvas (VC3) workshops. In addition, participants were also invited to comprehend the human-nature relationship through mindful sessions and Forest Walks in the West Bali Forest.
