This time we document the new menu of Indus Restaurant by Chef Adam Liston, Shobosho’s award-winning modern Asian restaurant based in Adelaide. With his ability to combine ancient Japanese recipes, yakitori, and expertise in processing raw materials and fermented ingredients, he created several sophisticated new menus such as Salmon Tataki, Tuna Sashimi, Wagyu Tartare, Japanese Oyster, and many more.
These new menus are sure to give Indus, a local favorite since 1998, a new era of Asian-inspired fusion.
